Very easy to find. Easy parking. Photos on the site represented the unit perfectly. Very easy check in and check out procedure. Clean. Milk, tea and coffee provided which i sure needed and appreciated. Price was fantastic for the unit and space inside was great for our family, very roomy and the balcony was great. Showers had a great temp and the reverse cycle was fast in heating the whole unit up. Plenty of towels and soaps provided. Would stay again.

After a mishap with communication we were able to stay. I phoned after the first night asking if another night was available. I was advised there was, and was charged for the second night. The next morning however, there was no record of payment received nor of the conversation, fortunately I had records of the payment debited and had a call log on my phone. The staff were most helpful however and we were able to stay without further questions asked. Lovely beds, great pillows! We also enjoyed up to date televisions and being able to watch You Tube in our room!

We were a last minute booking, arriving on site after 5pm when our previously booked Airbnb room failed to meet our standards. Needed to use Booking.com as office was closed. All done inside of 10mins. Room was simple, very clean and saved the day for us. Good size carparking outside of room, large adjacent yard for fresh air or for kids to run around and kick a ball (if we had any with us)

The Spa room number 1 is very modern. It's been fully renovated or is brand new. Very refreshing. Spa had good power. Fridge, microwave, iron etc Easy check in with electronic door lock. The lady Michelle allowed us to put our computers and medications in a bit earlier so as not to cook them in our vehicle. Little cute lamps. Nice art. Only 2 minutes drive from the main street.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean with a very large bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable, including the fold out couch (as advised by my kids).

Bedroom area was modern, bedside lighting modern with builtin charger, carpet new, TV modern, bed comfortable.

Loved how fresh and new everything in the room was. It had clearly been freshly updated. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in both rooms in the unit. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great!

Large clean modern room with great heating. Bed was comfortable. Even though on a main road and I had a front room the road noise was not noticeable.

The room is big, full of light and modern. The beds were very comfortable, and we all rested very well. The seating area outside for drinks and meals was very nice. The aircon is very quiet and compensates when closing the window to eliminate noise from the road.
